Changes requested after approval of a project scope may result in additional fees and adjusted timelines.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Supply content, images, logos, and other materials necessary for project completion.

• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner.

• Ensure they have the legal right to use any content they provide.

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may result in project delays.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in project proposals, invoices, or agreements.
Unless otherwise agreed:

• Deposits are required before work begins.

• Remaining balances are due upon project completion.

• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in withholding of website files, website access, or transfer of ownership until payment is received.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of website design and development services, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Any expenses already incurred, completed work, third-party purchases, domain registrations, hosting fees, or software licenses are non-refundable.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices:

• The client receives ownership rights to the completed website design and content specifically created for their project.

• We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any third-party software, plugins, themes, stock images, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Website Hosting and Third-Party Services
If a client uses third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, or software platforms, those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for outages, failures, pricing changes, security breaches, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
8. Website Maintenance
Unless a separate maintenance agreement exists, we are not responsible for ongoing updates, security monitoring, backups, or maintenance after project completion.
Maintenance services may be available under separate plans or agreements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cincinnati Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits

• Lost business opportunities

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
